Burning and tingling in my feet moving up lower legs

I'm a 34 year female who has been on holiday, I flew back yesterday and I started with burning and tingling in both feet as soon as I stepped off the plane. I'm laid in bed and it's happening again but now it feels like it's moving up both of my lower legs. I wouldn't say it's painful more like it's uncomfortable. Has anyone got any ideas what it could be?
