I have never seen anything like it in Sheffield - doubt many other people have either. I didnt get to see the news on how bad the flooding actually was because we were without power for over 30 hours - that was bad enough for me so I cannot imagine how people coped that actually got flooded. Has the council done enough to ensure that this doesnt happen again? Has the council helped people? If so, what ...
